Job Overview:

The Senior Data and Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical Sales Operations reports and dashboards.

This position demands a sharp analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex systems and logic to deliver clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis
    • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends patterns and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development
    • Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce Tableau and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive accessible and actionable for various business stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Global Sales Operations Manager to understand specific data needs then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements.
  • Data Quality and Integrity
    • Ensure data is consistently clean accurate and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies errors or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
    • Implement data validation techniques and work with data engineers or IT teams when necessary.

  • Quality accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Collaboration with Sales Operations team members to understand and gather clear data requirements for accurate and requested reports/dashboards.
  • Delivery of high-impact dashboards that provide clear actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
