About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files
  • Application and renewal of work visas
  • Maintaining employee leave and training records
  • Administering medical and other insurance as per company policy
  • Preparing monthly HR reports for management
  • Overseeing all aspects of administration for the company

Requirements

  • Proficiency in spoken Japanese and English (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Knowledge of visa processing and compliance for Japanese workers is a plus
