Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Tooling Engineer. This role requires expertise in collaboration, automation, engineering, and architectural design, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types.
  • Provide support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.
  • Implement high-impact automations across departments, leading to measurable improvements in turnaround time and process reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows.
  • Post-migration support and administration of SaaS platforms.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience covering migration, design, and administration of all aspects of Jira.
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices, and architectural design.
