Job Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to fill the position of Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

This is a challenging role that involves working closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling. A strong background in Excel/Google Sheets, excellent command of English, and ability to build and work with financial/data models are essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
