Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our front-line support team, you'll provide top-notch customer service via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products, services, or company policies. Additionally, you'll handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy, processing orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.

Another crucial aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts in our database. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong educational background, having completed at least two years of college education. Moreover, you should have at least one year of experience in Credit & Collections Account BPO. You must be willing to work onsite and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
