Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Phone Research Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently.

">Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and initiate offline inquiries according to predefined targets
  • Utilize knowledge of data research to gather information on provider services
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers in a professional manner
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity
  • Send feedback to stakeholders through well-crafted emails
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls to US lenders/banks
  • Ability to read lender materials (rate sheets, fee schedules, Loan Estimates) and capture data with zero-defect accuracy
  • Clear, neutral spoken English; strong note-taking; high attention to detail
