The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events, including cover design, branding, speaker prep, promotions, and post-event content
  • Creating engaging organic social media content focused on products, thought leadership, and company milestones
  • Collaborating with internal experts to facilitate thought leadership content—interviews, quotes, and article support
  • Drafting and publishing event-related materials, including invites, promo posts, and recaps
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all content and marketing assets

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internship experience welcome)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn
  • Comfortable working with designers and supporting light content creation, including video
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
