About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in helping us scale our online presence through consistent and engaging social media management.

You will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive customer engagement and business visibility.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with experience in managing social media campaigns and creating compelling visual content.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create compelling visual content and graphics that showcase our diverse offerings
  • Manage and update dynamic calendars showing food truck and mobile service availability
  • Process daily operational reports from staff and convert them into actionable business communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics to support business operations and expansion activities
  • Handle data entry tasks that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and business partners through email correspondence

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing social media campaigns and creating engaging content
  • Solid administrative background including data entry, calendar management, and vendor communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with hospitality or food service industry operations
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
