Highly Skilled Software Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Golang Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects using Golang, and will possess a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Golang and its concurrency patterns, as well as have experience with web frameworks for building APIs and microservices.
Preferred qualifications include ownership-end-to-end expertise in Frontend, Backend, CI/CD, Operations, problem-solving skills focused on user experience, and experience in cloud-based environments.
Work arrangement: Full-time remote work is available.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services and applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet business needs and drive technology forward.
- Build high-quality, fault-tolerant systems and products, owning all areas of implementation, frontend, backend, CI pipeline, automated test suites, and operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Working as part of a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled agile framework.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Golang and related technologies, and sharing knowledge within the team.
- 4-5+ years of experience with Golang.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Golang and its concurrency patterns.
The preferred candidate will have:
- Experience with web frameworks for building APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Owner-end-to-end expertise in Frontend, Backend, CI/CD, Operations.
- Problem-solving skills focused on user experience.
- Experience in cloud-based environments.
