Dynamic Motion Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our creative team. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content.
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics.
  • Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed.
  • Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a solutions-based mindset.
