Job Title: Creative Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia & Motion Designer to create visually engaging animations and videos that bring complex ideas to life.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, e.g. intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos.\
  • Design and produce marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs.\
  • Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling.\
  • Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines to align with company growth.\
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.\
  • Develop website animations to enhance the user experience and elevate our digital presence.\
  • Support website design updates in WordPress and create accompanying visuals.\
  • Contribute to UX/UI design for our website, landing pages, and insurance platform.\
  • Other additional opportunities may be available depending on your experience.\
  • * Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation *\
  • * At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency *\
  • * Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma *\
  • * Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign *\
  • * Proficiency in Google Slides/Powerpoint *\
  • * Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team *\
  • * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment *\
  • * Strong verbal and written communication skills *\
  • * Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with WordPress * \
