Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Expert to join our team at Discovery Tour, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Accurately prepare financial statements and support the month-end/year-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Cash Flow Management: Administer accounts receivable/payable and manage cash flow effectively to maintain a healthy financial position.
  • Payroll Preparation: Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with company regulations and accounting principles.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; less than 1 year of experience required, with fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Billing, preparing Financial Statements, performing Reconciliations, managing Accounts Receivable, and generating Financial Reporting. Understanding of regulatory Compliance.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain and update accounting records and files. Analyze budgets and create expense reports. Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns. Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., assets, liabilities).
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak financial periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, organization skills, commitment to accuracy, strong numerical proficiency, and ethical conduct. Excellent communication abilities and a teamwork mindset.
