Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our technology vision, drive strategic growth, and empower cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Excellence & Delivery:
    • Lead the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
    • Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and translate strategic goals into executable work.
    • Drive architectural decisions and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Develop and implement processes to enhance engineering velocity, quality, and reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with product, design, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
    • Provide visibility into engineering progress, risks, and constraints.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Strong technical background in modern web development (e.g., Python, Node.js, Golang, React).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, IaC).
  • Experience working in high-velocity teams that ship iteratively while maintaining high standards.
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
