Job Overview

This role is accountable for overseeing the entire lifecycle of trading operations within Direct Custody and Clearing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless processing, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily transactional operations for direct custody accounts, guaranteeing timely and accurate settlement.
  • Monitor process queues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, aligning them with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and control standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in transaction processing, preferably within a custodial or direct custody environment.
  • A solid understanding of financial instruments, custody operations, and settlement processes.
