Healthcare Specialist Opportunity

Seeking a skilled professional to fill a Healthcare Specialist role. This temporary work-from-home position requires strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Review Nurses – Conduct thorough reviews of medical cases, adhering to established criteria.
  • Request additional information or escalate to Medical Directors as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active PRC and USRN License with 2 years Bedside Experience.
  • At least 2 years Triage Phone handling experience.
  • Preferably with ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner.
  • Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain.
