Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and maintainable Python applications.

  • Develop high-quality Python code using frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to capture end-user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement security and data protection solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting enhancements to architecture, frameworks, and tooling.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly around Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
  • Participate in presales activities as a subject matter expert when applicable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Python Developer, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Proficient in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Strong experience with Generative AI platforms including Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Experience with Python linting/formatting tools (Pylint, Flake8, Black, MyPy) and testing libraries (PyTest, Tox).
  • Version control with Git; ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases.
  • Understanding of Python multi-process architecture and threading limitations; knowledge of PySpark and SQL is a plus.
  • Front-End & Visualization: basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; at least 1 year building Power BI models/dashboards with DAX and visualization best practices.
