About Our Creative Team Member

We are seeking an experienced in-house designer to join our Marketing team and lead our brand creative presence.

This role requires a key member of our team who will be responsible for ensuring our brand is visually expressed with excellence and consistency across every marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary overseer of how the brand is visually represented across all marketing channels, driving visual harmony and accessibility.
  • Apply and evolve brand guidelines for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Maintain consistency of typography, color, imagery, and design elements across campaigns, events, and collateral.
Creative Execution
  • Create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Translate campaign ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand creative that adheres to design best practices to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Adapt creative for different formats, optimizing for performance and platform requirements.
Marketing Collaboration
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop concepts and creative approaches that support campaign objectives.
  • Work with product marketing to visually articulate product value propositions and feature updates and go-to-market launches.
  • Support demand generation, content, and events teams with timely, high-quality creative assets.
Creative Quality & Innovation
  • Bring fresh, modern design approaches that reflect current trends while staying true to the brand.
  • Advocate for user-focused and data-informed design decisions.
  • Explore new formats, motion graphics, and multimedia to keep our creative assets innovative.

With 5+ years of professional design experience within a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment, you will bring diverse digital and print marketing work to the table.

Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects is required. HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and HTML/CSS skills are also ideal. Experience creating infographics, marketing visuals, and presentations is essential.

You will have excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
