Job Overview

A data-driven PPC advertising agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEM specialist to develop and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and sales through Google Ads for diverse business types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales enhancement using Search, Display, Shopping, and Video platforms
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competition analysis
  • Optimise campaigns to meet targeted KPIs such as Conversion Rates and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
  • Landing page recommendations and A/B testing
  • Campaign analysis and identification of opportunities for improvement and scaling
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts
  • Manage multiple accounts and allocate time efficiently based on campaign needs and performance
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads techniques and strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads in an agency environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads platforms
  • Deep understanding of all Google Ads types including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video
  • Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms such as Google Data Studio
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Project management experience, preferably with tools like Asana & Basecamp
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Google Ads certification
Bonus Skills:
  • Agency experience
  • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and strategies
  • Knowledge of additional PPC platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
