Software Tester Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Create, review, maintain and execute test plans and test cases.
- Execute automation test cases and report on test results.
- Establish and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI processes.
- Develop new automated tests and tools for product frontend, backend APIs and other services.
- Identify product deficiencies and suggest solutions to ensure highest quality products.
- Work with development teams throughout entire development life cycle and perform planned and ad-hoc testing.
- Establish and evolve processes and best practices which would ensure quality goals are met.
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in QA testing for web applications.
- Expertise in automation testing tools like Cypress.
- Excellent knowledge of UX/UI testing and attention to details.
- Knowledge of Test Scenarios and Test Plans for any software project.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work in a team and on your own.
- Know-how of different types of testing methods like white box and black box testing.
