Job Description

The Project Management Associate will contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company by ensuring client relationships through a deep understanding of project directions, impending changes, and requirements. The role involves initiating supporting activities for the smooth and timely implementation of projects.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations of assigned projects to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and interconnecting agencies through regular communication and timely action on concerns;
  • Assisting in the timely acceptance and implementation of new functionalities and/or new projects;
  • Monitoring daily production reports of each respective agency and private entities in relation to the project, ensuring daily forecasted revenues are met;
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments from existing projects and other initiatives are met;
  • Assisting in reviewing operating results, comparing with established objectives, and recommending appropriate measures to enhance outcome whether procedural in nature or system enhancements;
  • Acting as a liaison between concerned departments, key project participants, and clients;
  • Completing timely project status updates and reports to management, clients, and third-party contractors;
  • Monitoring day-to-day operations of assigned projects to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction is met at all times;
  • Preparing revenue forecasts, budgets, plans, strategies, and requirements needed for assigned interconnectivity projects;
  • Generating and preparing required reports;
  • Attending and participating in regular meetings, conferences, and other pertinent events;
