We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead and oversee our marketing strategies, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand positioning, and data-driven decision-making while also being an effective leader who can manage a marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
  2. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  3. Lead and mentor a marketing team, setting goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  5. Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and company vision.

Brand & Content Management

  1. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  2. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  3. Manage PR, media outreach, and partnerships to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  4. Develop a strong value proposition and brand storytelling to differentiate from competitors.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  1. Manage SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  2. Oversee email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM strategies to nurture leads.
  3. Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize ad spend, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  4. Lead marketing analytics and reporting, tracking KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, and campaign ROI.

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand the brand's reach.
  2. Oversee event marketing, sponsorships, and industry trade shows.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media contacts.

Budgeting & Performance Management

  1. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  2. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
  3. Implement A/B testing, analytics, and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
  3. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
