Job Title

The Enterprise Project Manager position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of projects within the company.

This individual will be responsible for owning, driving, communicating, and engaging stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Delivering programs and projects within schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resources expectations
  • Identifying key technical and project risks and actively putting mitigating actions in place
  • Maintaining strong customer focus and working with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers
  • Managing the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables for the project
  • Advocating for customers the appropriate technologies from the company's portfolio
  • Driving project success while managing risks

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

They should also have experience leading cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams and customers, as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and relevant certifications.

As a globally remote role, this position requires the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Requirements
  • Experience in IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management
