Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive the delivery of business-critical digital products to our clients. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape their team's approach and ensure project success.

Fabric, a growing Software Consultancy, collaborates with customers to dissect complex problems and transform them into value-driven solutions, combining innovative principles in analysis, design, development, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to project teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering projects successfully
  • A good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks
  • Experience in running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to understand the problem based on data insights and research
