About Our Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our Performance team. As a key contributor, you'll work on paid social campaigns for some of Australia's most exciting ecommerce brands. Your expertise will play a crucial role in executing client campaigns to meet their goals and strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Paid Social campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to develop strategies, provide insights, and work with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Engage in client sessions, delivering updates on campaign performance and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, with any other platform a plus.
  • Prior in-house experience in the ecommerce realm.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce.
  • Solid grasp of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies.
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
