We are seeking a talented Remote IT Support Analyst - Infrastructure and Operations to join our team at Tasq Staffing Solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and services.
Your primary responsibility will be to remotely monitor, manage, and maintain our infrastructure and operations equipment and resources. You will also be responsible for responding to and escalating IT support requests in a timely manner, preparing reports, and participating in various operations and administrations activities.
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of BASH Scripting and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are also essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
