A Creative Virtual Assistant position has become available within a renowned digital agency. As a skilled Production Artist, you will play a pivotal role in designing custom visuals for various products such as murals, wallpapers, and home decor items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • File Optimization: Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods to meet specific production standards.
  • Design Management: Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Education.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
