Job DescriptionThe role of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, from initial contact with candidates to onboarding new hires.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors and contractors.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to complex recruitment challenges. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for analyzing data to inform future recruitment strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book resources for interviews as needed.
- Generate and send offer letters/packages to successful candidates.
- Facilitate background investigations of new hires and monitor vendor activity.
- Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up-to-date and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proven track record of success in recruiting and retaining top talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards.
