A unique opportunity for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of executive-level support experience and be proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Slack.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling internal/external meetings, preparing agendas and taking notes, monitoring and organizing email inboxes, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • In addition, you will assist in light project management and task tracking, manage document filing systems, and coordinate with internal teams via Slack and email.
  • Your ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.
