Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pollution Control Officer to join our team at DRM Inc. As a key member of our environmental management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and developing strategies to minimize the company's environmental footprint.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform the role of the Pollution Control Officer, ensuring that all necessary permits and registrations are in place.
  • Develop and implement effective environmental management plans and contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
  • Monitor and report on the use, importation, and distribution of chemicals within the company.
  • Provide training and support to employees on pollution control best practices.
  • Support the Safety & Health Committee in promoting a safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • Academic background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Preferably trained as a Pollution Control Officer.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in environmental management.
  • Safety Officer certification is a plus.
  • Experience in quality assurance is an advantage.
