The AR Collections and Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the processing of account receivables for one of our business segments. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, investigating escalated issues, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable processes and reduce days sales outstanding
  • Manage a team of accounts receivable analysts to ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables
  • Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and best practices
  • Lead regular team meetings and provide coaching and guidance to direct reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum three years' Accounts Receivable experience with supervisory or junior manager experience
  • Experience managing at least five direct reports
  • Proficiency in data management in large ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor laws and operations management principles
