Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage our financial records, prepare tax returns, handle payroll processing, and perform bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare payroll returns accurately and timely
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an accountant with a strong focus on QuickBooks, tax returns, payroll returns, and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes

This is a mid-senior level, full-time role that requires a strong background in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
