Operations Manager

Key to the success of any online program are its operational backbone and seamless execution. As a proactive and organized Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online program, ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. This central role is responsible for running the entire program backend, including setup, email automations, live call logistics, participant support, and asset updates.

About The Program

The Inflam Blueprint is a premium online course delivering evidence-based support for people with autoimmune conditions. Each 6-week cohort includes weekly pre-recorded lessons, live Zoom workshops, downloadable PDF workbooks and tools, a private community space, automated email sequences, participant surveys, and feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program End-to-End Operations Management
  • Setting up each cohort in our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Managing weekly content drip and communications
  • Enrolling participants, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting
  • Troubleshooting access issues, subscription problems, or payment questions
  • Live Call Support & Group Coordination
  • Coordinating weekly group calls with the health coach, planning format and flow
  • Attending and administering all live Zoom sessions
  • Video & Resource Management
  • Editing and updating videos using video editing software
  • Making light updates to PDFs and workbooks
Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced professional with 3+ years of managing online program operations, strong Kajabi experience, and confidence using video editing software, design tools, and Zoom. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
