Mathematics Educator - Virtual Teacher Opportunity

This role presents a chance to leverage technology and innovative virtual tools to foster a collaborative and engaging classroom environment, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop lesson plans: Create engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
  • Integrate technology: Effectively utilize a variety of online tools to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen their understanding of the material.
  • Deliver live lessons: Teach synchronously during regular school hours (4-hour minimum).
  • Grade assignments: Evaluate and grade student work to track progress.
  • Provide feedback: Offer constructive feedback to support student learning and growth, inspiring students to reach their full potential.

As a Virtual Math Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students. Your expertise in math education will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our learners.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active US state-issued math teaching certification (we cannot accept international certifications)
  • A social security number
  • Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more years of teaching experience
