We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Senior Project Development Associate at Alveo Land Corp. This position involves day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, timeliness, and commitment to brand promise.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Preparing, checking, and analyzing project programs, financial calculations, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Checking and recording budget utilization, permits/licenses, and billings.
  • Coordinating and collaborating meetings and inspections/assessments with cross-functional departments, projects, teams, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management.
  2. At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in real estate/construction firms (residential, malls, mixed use, offices, leisure, etc.) and/or handled various project development functions.
  3. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  4. Proficient in all aspects of project management, including understanding of principles, tools/methodologies, and resource management.
  5. Basic knowledge and understanding of general economics and financial concepts.
  6. Financial acumen in relation to the formulation and actualization of P&L.
  7. Ability to deal with non-critical to complex problems and tasks relevant to PD Operations.
  8. Leadership, proactive, result-driven, openness to change, and process approach mindset.
  9. Attention to details specifically in financial, legal, and technical matters relevant to PD Operations.
