As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end software solutions. You will also coach, mentor, and guide engineers to achieve their full potential while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute technical strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Lead architectural decisions, software design, and technical implementation.

  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define priorities and resolve trade-offs.

  • Manage multiple teams using current tools and improve agile practices.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation in process, tools, and technology.

  • Champion engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in technical leadership or management roles.

  • Strong engineering background — proven track record in designing, developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end software solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments and balance competing priorities.

  • Highly creative, able to challenge conventional approaches, and drive innovative solutions.

  • Strong leadership skills and sense of accountability.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience in Transportation / Mobility as a Service (TMaas) or related industries.

  • Prior startup experience.

  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar.

  • Experience leading cloud-native, mobile-first, or large-scale distributed systems.
