Business Continuity Manager Role

This position is responsible for overseeing all Business Continuity Management program activities.


  • Lead and manage BCM initiatives, ensuring compliance with global policies and local regulations.
  • Conduct thorough Business Impact Analyses to develop Business Continuity Plans that align recovery objectives with business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders in the effective implementation of BCM strategies and practices.
  • Plan, facilitate, and document results of Business Continuity tests and exercises, updating Business Continuity Plans as necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain BCM data, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing 24/7 on-call support during incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, with certification from a reputable organization preferred.
  • Proficiency in BCM software and Emergency Notification Systems, with industry knowledge in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Business Process Management (BPM), or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
