Job Title: Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Community Manager to lead our online community efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in growing and scaling digital marketing communities from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale a thriving digital marketing community from the ground up, focusing on core platforms like Discord, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers, incorporating discussions, AMAs, events, polls, and member spotlights.
  • Enhance user experience by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
  • Continuously analyze growth and engagement metrics, making data-driven decisions based on feedback and performance.
  • Closely collaborate with the Marketing Team and CEO to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (other platforms a plus).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges—bonus if you're already part of relevant communities.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
