Key Paralegal Position

This entry-level position involves preparing legal documents including notices, summons and complaints, declarations and exhibits, motions for default, writs of restitution, stipulations. Manage timelines and workflows using an in-house case management system. Coordinate process service with third-party providers. File cases electronically or by mail as required. Prepare and track hearing schedules, filings, service affidavits.



Qualifications
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Legal education (JD or LLB degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in litigation support, paralegal work, or eviction processing
  • Excellent written English (legal writing and email communication)
  • Demonstrated ability to draft pleadings and assemble court-ready documents
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. legal systems or forms especially landlord-tenant law
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning internal software tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized under tight deadlines
