Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Content Strategist to spearhead the creation of high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

As a bridge between our internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers, you'll be responsible for fueling ShopBack's growth by delivering engaging content that meets campaign objectives and drives measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
