Software Developer Role

This is a challenging and exciting role that requires individuals to develop, implement, and manage technology-based business solutions.

  • The software developer assists in the analysis of technical application requirements and participates in the development process.
  • He or she will be coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes as well as assisting in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supporting the technical design process by analyzing and identifying technical requirements related to people, processes & technology.
  • Implementing analyses that identify requirements and participating in execution and documentation of tests.
  • Executing conversion plans and documenting possible improvements; identifying disruptions in the processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: 2-3 years of related experience, experience in SQL plus 2 or more programming languages, and experience with Microsoft CRM programming.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment, strong communication skills, and flexible and detail-oriented.

  • Team player who can work with various cross-functional teams with a collaborative attitude.
