Lead UI/UX Designer Opportunity

A prominent organization is seeking an accomplished Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the creation of innovative and user-centric digital products.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, expertise in UX research and strategy, and proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive UX strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handovers and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough user research and analysis to inform design decisions and create data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain and elevate the overall visual identity and brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow professionally and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles.
  • Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture).
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles.
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.
  • Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines).
