Job Title : Customer Account Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

As a primary point of contact between the customer and internal operations, you will ensure clear communication regarding requirements, specifications, schedules, and general engineering. This role involves performing the front-loading approach to enhance the integration of various functions (Project Management method) earlier in the product development cycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any Engineering course/s, preferably Manufacturing, ECE, Electrical, or Mechanical/Mechatronics. A minimum of one year of experience as a Customer Account Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer, or related working experience in an Electronics/Semicon company is also required. You must be immersed in the field of New Product Introduction/Product Engineering, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to handle Project Management, Time Management, and Risk Assessment.
  • Knowledge in Engineering Tools (Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, etc)
  • Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
  • Knowledgeable in understanding customer requirements, drawings.
  • Familiarity with Advanced Product Qualification Planning (APQP), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Framework is an advantage.
  • Experience in FPC/Automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in basic AutoCAD is an advantage.
