Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization. As a Tax Accountant, you will play a vital part in the success of our business acquisition and ongoing operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial reviews and analyses of existing business records.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial aspects of the business purchase transaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review tax returns according to local, state, and federal laws.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify tax optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver strategic tax planning advice for critical business decisions.
  • Serve as primary liaison with tax authorities and represent the company during audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience working with Australian businesses and knowledge of Australian tax compliance requirements.
  • Qualified to practice accounting in Australia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Xero experience valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
