We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, a strong understanding of software development principles, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to our ServiceNow instance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and configurations within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code that meets service level agreements (SLAs) and adheres to best practices.
  • Provide advanced-level support for ServiceNow administrators, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product releases, documentation, and best practices to ensure our instance remains current and efficient.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customizations, integrations, and configurations within ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
