About the Role
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of financial transactions within the home loan industry.
  • Exercise sound judgement in client and file management, escalating issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and verify pertinent documents from clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure all requirements are met.
  2. Prepare and execute lender documentation and/or contracts to close home loan applications efficiently.
  3. Assist in the discharge process, resolving application issues prior to settlement.
  4. Record detailed notes in Salesforce for accurate documentation.
  5. Monitor settlements actively, following up with stakeholders as needed.
