Job Description

  • This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in the technical aspects of MS SharePoint and Power Platforms and is a strong relationship builder.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team focused on the development of the platform and definition of the business processes for our Learning Content Management System (LCMS).
  • Responsibilities include ensuring Third Party Lifecycle Management responsibilities are met for all vendor relationships, maintaining ongoing knowledge of third-party platforms' technical releases and roadmaps, and working across GLA and GLKM to ensure teams are aware of business processes and drive adoption of those processes.
  • The Director of Learning Architecture Enablement will serve on the Global Learning Architecture (GLA) leadership team and contribute to the conceptualization, development, implementation, and measurement of all learning solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong history of experience developing and customizing Microsoft SharePoint, including security architecture, permissions, lists, libraries, etc.
  • Experience with PowerApps formulas and development methods, connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate, APIs, JQuery, JS, and XML.
  • Project management leadership, results-driven mindset, and change management expertise are essential for this role.
  • Cross-functional leadership, operational efficiency, and collaboration champion are also required.
  • Familiarity with learning teams and experience with navigating AXP's compliance & risk management framework are preferred.
