Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to our team via real-time chat
  • Troubleshoot issues in a range of marketing tools including Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, and more
  • Assist in escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical periods
  • Develop resources and training materials to improve knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
