We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Google Ads campaigns and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, as well as proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and Conversion Tracking.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research, and optimizing campaign performance. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns, and Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
  • Optimize campaign performance and quality score
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery
  • Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track KPIs and campaign metrics
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize ROI
  • Provide performance forecasts and projections
  • Develop Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Propose new campaign opportunities or formats
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others)
  • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools
