At Waystone Governance Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team in the role of Fund Accounting. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Accounting field.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely calculation of net asset values (NAVs) for Investment Funds. This includes understanding accounting and reporting obligations as per incorporation documents of the Funds and processing capital activities of the funds in the accounting systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience navigating fund accounting systems and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Calculating NAVs for Investment Funds.
  • Understanding accounting and reporting obligations as per incorporation documents of the Funds.
  • Processing capital activities of the funds in the accounting systems.
  • Daily processing of trades, cash, income, and expense transactions.
