Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Phone Research / Secret Shopping team as a Phone Research Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data on provider services and evaluating consumer experiences through phone and online inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and initiate offline inquiries according to defined targets
  • Have knowledge of data research and project procedures
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers in a professional manner
  • Gather predetermined data about provider services
  • Document conversations with precision
  • Send feedback to stakeholders through well-crafted emails
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing
  • Clear understanding of credit checks and credit requirements
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact
